Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic catalyst for consumer-focused initiatives, driving action-oriented strategies across multiple work streams.
• Stay informed of industry best practices, emerging trends, and innovative approaches in healthcare operations and consumer experience.
• Partner with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders, to ensure initiatives are aligned with organizational mission, vision and values.
• Operationalized, monitor and report the coordination and throughput of consumer-related activities, ensuring efficient and effective execution.
  
  

Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, hospitality, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  
  

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of successful experience in organizational, stakeholder and program with a results-driven mindset in healthcare or related field.
• Proven ability to lead the coordination of complex, initiatives, multidisciplinary initiatives.
