Description
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will provide strategic leadership and direction to BEL USA, driving growth, operational excellence, and innovation in the manufacturing of promotional products. This individual will work closely with the Board of Directors and senior leadership to ensure sustainable business performance, customer satisfaction, and a strong company culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company’s long-term strategic plan aligned with market trends, customer needs, and organizational goals.
- Lead and inspire a high-performing executive team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, product quality, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
- Drive revenue growth and profitability through innovation, operational improvements, and market expansion.
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders, representing the company at industry events and forums.
- Ensure sound financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring.
- Promote a positive, inclusive, and performance-driven culture that aligns with BEL USA’s values.
- Identify and evaluate growth opportunities including new products, markets, and strategic partnerships.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards.
- Proven experience (10+ years) in executive leadership roles, preferably within manufacturing or a related industry.
- Strong track record of strategic planning, operational excellence, and business growth.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams.
- Financial acumen and experience managing P&L responsibility.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
