Description
As the Product Marketing Manager at Markful, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our products in the market, shaping how we communicate their value to prospects, customers, and internal teams. You’ll lead the charge in developing compelling messaging, creating impactful sales tools, and driving product adoption across our key offerings. This is a high-impact role that bridges Product, Marketing, and Sales, making you a key player in our growth journey.
You will work alongside the Director of Marketing to shape the messaging and branding of key products and services at Markful and work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Customer Service to better position products and services for maximum success.
Initially you will create GTM plans for the top evergreen and seasonal products in the company portfolio while also working on plans for new and newly launched products and services. You will recommend best practices around advertising, training, messaging, branding, and promotion.
Ongoing efforts will be spent keeping up-to-date with competitors, recommending updates and changes to marketing support, gathering feedback from internal teams and customers, and constantly looking for ways to better tell our product and services story.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Positioning & messaging: Develop differentiated positioning and messaging that resonates deeply with our audience.
- Go-to-market strategy: Lead go-to-market planning and execution, including launch briefs, messaging documents, and coordination across teams (product, marketing, sales, customer service, and production).
- Customer feedback loop: Leverage insights from across the organization to influence product roadmap, positioning, and messaging.
- Customer Personas: Working with Marketing and Sales, create and refine personas, and customer journeys, helping define clear customer segments to guide marketing campaigns.
- Bring the team together: Foster cross-functional collaboration to ensure smooth launches.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, or similar role. Preferably at an eComm company.
- Proven experience launching new products with a fully integrated GTM plan and execution.
- Expertise in creating messaging frameworks and developing a range of sales tools, from demo videos to customer stories.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience working with HubSpot and ClickUp a plus.
