Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and installations on commercial HVAC systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system malfunctions efficiently and effectively.
- Provide excellent customer service and educate clients on system operations and maintenance.
- Ensure all work is completed according to company standards and industry regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and report any issues to management.
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- Stay up to date with the latest industry technologies and best practices through ongoing training.
- 5+ years of HVAC experience in commercial settings.
- Strong personal and communication skills to interact with customers and team members.
- Proven problem-solving ability with a proactive approach to troubleshooting.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and maintain a good driving record.
- EPA Certification is required.
- Boiler experience is a PLUS!
