Responsibilities

• Travel to all subsidiaries and in the field (sales, distributors, end users) for photo and video production to support marketing goals.
• Video and photoshoot planning, storyboarding, scripting, choreography, coordination, direction and execution.
• Assist with scheduling, directing, and producing an in-house podcast (A.Y. After Hours).
• Responsible for all photography needs for the company and subsidiaries, both for product and for internal events/needs.
• Responsible for executing email campaigns from E-mail marketing software/platform. This includes program management such as production, deployment, tracking, link building and more. Focus on driving customer engagement through email newsletters, trigger communications, as well as product, promotional, and event campaigns. Ensuring that all email initiatives are executed on time in accordance with business goals. Responsible for CRM/Marketing projects and processes as it relates to Digital Marketing including overseeing the sync from CRM to HubSpot (digital marketing service).
• Maintain and document all marketing departmental files including all multimedia assets by following a company-wide file system.
• Manage the planning, development and production of multimedia assets to be used across a wide array of mediums, applications, and platforms. Including designing PPT/Video presentations for all subsidiaries.
• Aids Graphic Designer(s) with the architecture and design phases of digital media/signage.
• Maintain and update the corporate and internal websites.
• Support all departments (e.g. Production, Product Mgmt., HR, Customer Service, Innovation, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, etc.) in marketing goals as required.
• Interact with engineering team(s) members and maintain knowledge of parts that effect service and communication pieces.
• Working knowledge of Macintosh computer system, software and production equipment, including but not limited to: Adobe suite, Microsoft suite, Canon DSLRs (including 80D & Rebel Ti3), Sony cameras, production lights, and mics.
• Working knowledge of SEO, social media and educational media.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Design, Communications, or a related field or equivalent from two-year College or technical school and six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
