Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of product management experience, ideally with enterprise SaaS
  • Demonstrated success launching mobile and web-based applications
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to strategically evaluate and integrate diverse information
  • Proficient with product management tools like Aha!, Confluence, Jira, and Pendo
  • Familiarity with agile/scrum development processes

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Background in hands-on software development
  • Experience with government systems at the state or local level
  • Interest in advancing the effectiveness of government solutions

  • 50% Web Application Management
  • 30% Mobile Application Development
  • 20% ERP System Integration

Daily Responsibilities

  • 60% Hands On (Feature prioritization, requirements gathering, backlog management)
  • 20% Team Collaboration (Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing)
  • 20% Strategic Planning & Go-to-Market Activities

The Offer

  • Salary Range: $100K – $130K
  • Relocation assistance available to Dubuque within 2-4 weeks after acceptance
