How You’ll Make An Impact
The Operations Leadership Development Program (OLDP) is an outstanding, accelerated opportunity to develop the vital skills for a career as an Operations leader. The program is led by a dedicated Program Manager with oversight by the Operations Leadership Team. OLDP participants will have the opportunity for multiple assignments over two (2) years that provide strategic direction
in different facets of Operations while allowing for exposure to our
core processes, technologies, and leaders. Participants will gain proficiency with our diverse functional areas, business units, products / services, and regions. Additional learning opportunities include: formal development sessions; dedicated Executive Mentorship; utilization of our Practical Process Improvement (PPI) methodology; and a network of outstanding LDP alumni across the organization.Rotations will include the following functional areas / business operations:

- Technical: PPI Specialist, Process Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer
- Supply Chain: Planning & Sourcing
- Quality: Quality Engineer, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs
- Distribution/Logistics: Distribution/Logistics Specialist
- Procurement: Direct Category Management, Indirect Category Management, Procurement Excellence
