Title: Human Resources Generalist

Location: York, PA or Hanover, PA (Local Travel Required)

Job Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire

Salary: $60,000–$80,000 (Depending on Experience)

We’re hiring a proactive and results-driven HR Generalist to support HR operations across multiple sites in York, Hanover, and Richmond, VA. This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiting-savvy HR professional looking to grow within a dynamic, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

• Accountable for meeting recruitment KPIs set by the Director of HR to maintain and support operations headcount needs
• Proactively build and maintain a continuous pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs
• Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to identify and engage top talent, while bringing new recruitment strategies to the leadership team
• Assist with development and execution of HR initiatives across multiple state locations
• Responsible for HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, benefits, training, performance management, and employee relations
• Ensure compliance with federal and state-specific employment laws and regulations
• Coordinate with facility managers to address location-specific HR needs and challenges
• Maintain consistent HR policies and procedures across all locations
• Oversee benefits administration and compensation programs
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including multi-state operations Awareness of federal and state employment laws
• Ability to travel occasionally to various locations as needed
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bilingual in both English and Spanish is preferred
