We’re hiring a proactive and results-driven HR Generalist to support HR operations across multiple sites in York, Hanover, and Richmond, VA. This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiting-savvy HR professional looking to grow within a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
- Accountable for meeting recruitment KPIs set by the Director of HR to maintain and support operations headcount needs
- Proactively build and maintain a continuous pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs
- Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to identify and engage top talent, while bringing new recruitment strategies to the leadership team
- Assist with development and execution of HR initiatives across multiple state locations
- Responsible for HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, benefits, training, performance management, and employee relations
- Ensure compliance with federal and state-specific employment laws and regulations
- Coordinate with facility managers to address location-specific HR needs and challenges
- Maintain consistent HR policies and procedures across all locations
- Oversee benefits administration and compensation programs
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including multi-state operations Awareness of federal and state employment laws
- Ability to travel occasionally to various locations as needed
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual in both English and Spanish is preferred
