Talent Services is dedicated to making Amazon the best home for world-class talent. Working across Amazon’s Global Media and Entertainment portfolio, Talent Services leads key partnerships with artists, athletes, podcasters, authors, streamers, and more. We're seeking an Operations Program Manager to build and manage operational processes for talent partnerships spanning Amazon Originals, Prime Video, Audible, Amazon Games, Twitch, Amazon Music, and beyond. This role will work across multiple teams, including Finance, Accounting, Tax, Legal, and Operations, and will build mechanisms and develop tools from scratch, resolve escalations, and identify and drive projects to improve cross-business talent deal velocity and program execution.

The Program Manager will lead cross-functional program management for multi-business talent deals across Media & Entertainment, Retail, and Ads. In support of business affairs and talent relationship managers, they will develop and maintain comprehensive tracking systems, own project timelines, deliverables, and communication strategies across all stakeholder levels, and project manage deal development and execution phases of talent partnerships. They will be expected to proactively identify compliance requirements and risks, and manage mitigations by establishing policies, processes, and mechanisms. Operational tasks will include:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. - Gantt chart, workback plan, and timeline management
- Communication strategy development and execution
- Airtable database management
- PO creation, SIM ticket management, and contract coordination using Amazon systems (e.g., Contract Central, Amazon Approvals)
- Sprint stand-ups and delivery tracking
- Marketing and Ad Ops program management
- Performance tracking and reporting across lines of business

Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Bachelor's degree
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
- 4+ years of developing program strategies and plans, diving execution, and influencing senior stakeholders experience
- Experience working cross functionally with non-tech teams
- Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
