We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Commercial Driver with a Class A license to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the timely delivery of materials and equipment to job sites while maintaining safety and efficiency.
What It Takes
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
- Proven experience in driving commercial vehicles, preferably in a landscaping or construction setting.
- Ability to safely operate and transport heavy equipment and materials to various job sites.
- Strong attention to safety regulations, road safety, and vehicle maintenance.
- A strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Ability to lift 40+ pounds and assist with loading/unloading materials as needed.
- Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
- Drive a commercial vehicle to transport heavy equipment, materials, and supplies to and from job sites.
- Ensure the safe and efficient operation of the vehicle, following all safety protocols and regulations.
- Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment as needed.
- Communicate with the project team to ensure timely delivery and coordination of resources.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and basic maintenance to ensure safety and reliability.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and paperwork.
