Nayax is looking for an experienced Director of Strategy and Business Development to join our growing global team in Coinbridge. This is a unique opportunity to join an early-stage company and significantly impact its product and success. This role is responsible for driving strategic partnerships, identifying new business opportunities, and leading our go-to-market strategy as we scale our innovative CoinBridge platform globally.

The Director of Strategy and Business Development is going to report to the CEO of CoinBridge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, cultivate, and secure strategic partnerships to drive global expansion and adoption of CoinBridge’s solutions.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies, ensuring alignment with the company's overall vision and growth objectives.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key industry stakeholders, partners, and customers, positioning CoinBridge as a leader in loyalty-to-fiat solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with teams across the company, including Product, Operations, Finance, and Marketing teams to ensure cohesive strategic execution.
  • Represent CoinBridge at global industry events, enhancing brand visibility and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Initially function as a strategic individual contributor with future responsibilities including team building, leadership, and management as the role evolves.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record (5+ years) in loyalty-related business development roles, with additional experience in payments strongly preferred.
  • Deep understanding of loyalty solutions, market dynamics, and customer needs.
  • Exceptional strategic planning, market analysis, negotiation, and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a global environment.
  • Proactive, driven, and motivated leader who excels in collaborative, cross-functional environments.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable with up to 25% international travel.
