Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with internal clients to understand data needs and define reporting requirements.
Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau.
Analyze data to identify trends, solve problems, and uncover opportunities.
Support business process improvements and help teams use data more effectively.
Ensure data integrity and contribute to governance initiatives.
Develop working knowledge of core business systems such as CMiC, Destini, Service Desk, Snowflake, and more.
Participate in software upgrade testing and ongoing enhancements.
Qualifications:
Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
A proactive mindset.

Ability to manage multiple priorities.

Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Math, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
1-2 years of professional experience in a data analytics or business intelligence role.
Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau (or similar).
CMiC experience is a plus.
