Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position, days and hours of work are typically Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Occasional flex hours, evening and/or weekend work may be required.

Required Education And Experience
- High School degree or equivalent
- Three years of experience in an office environment
- Experience working with Microsoft Office applications
- Associate Degree in Business Management

- Responsible for assisting with administrative assistant duties as indicated.
- Coordinate obtaining personnel documents including timesheets, leave slips, and other documents.
- File Individual Life Plans (ILPs) documentation in the individuals’ Life Books.
- Perform routine audits of ILP documentation.
- Maintain Life Books as needed.
- Develop and maintain and enter data into databases.
- Ensure supplies are ordered and stocked for department.
- Prepare routine monthly reports and correspondences.
- Maintain filing systems.
- Take minutes at department meetings and disseminate reports resulting from meetings.
- Assist in maintaining the scheduling of ILP Meetings and department meetings.
- Perform office support work of an administrative nature.
