Description

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Upload documents into new loans
  • Draft the correspondence such as PNL, 3rd Party PNL, Hello Letter, Notice of Default and, Partial Payment letters when needed
  • Draft Fee and Legal Fees letters
  • Request MIRFs, Property Condition Reports, Appraisals, and Phase I
  • Request necessary documentation for back up, such as Flood determination, Insurance provisions and send requests
  • Credit Search- LexisNexis and save credit searches received
  • Receive documents from Attorney and prepare for signature by managers
  • Be a backup admin for other admins when on PTO
  • Receiving and distributing incoming mail, scanning, copying and filing
  • Distributing of correspondence
  • Participating in switchboard relief
  • Make travel arrangements for AMs
  • Preparing and maintaining logs/ expense reports
  • Ordering supplies for asset managers
  • Arranging meetings and conference calls
  • Submitting 3rd Party requests
  • Performing other miscellaneous duties as needed.

Education And Experience

  • High School Diploma
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in administrative work
