The Assistant Project Manager works with and supports the project management team.
Their primary goal is to support the completion of the projects on time, on budget and to
an acceptable standard. The APM also monitors workers to maintain these standards
throughout the construction process. The PM in charge is responsible for the project
contract, scope of work, project budget and construction schedule. The APM assists the
PM in the management of all of these.
