EMS Transport Driver FT

Job Summary: Provides emergency and non-emergency ambulance transports in the inter-facility setting. Follow current protocols, policy and procedures set forth by Care Ambulance, LLC and UIHC guidelines. Provide assistance and be present in the ED of UIHC when not on an ambulance call for the entirety of the assigned shift. Aids in cleaning up the ambulance's, all vehicals, and shop/break areas as needed.

Qualifications/Educational Requirements

• Valid Iowa Class C License required.
• CPR required. (In house training offered)
• Clean driving record.
• Good communication skills
• Emergency Vehicle Driving Safety Course preferred.
  
  

Starting pay $16.50 hourly, 1.5% increase per job experiance per year worked in that area.

Patient/cab Transports recommended.

FT - Full benefits and PTO start after 30 days of employment.
