The Internal Key Account Manager (Banks and Broker Dealers) is responsible for on-boarding banks to distribute diversified annuity solutions. The person in this role will develop and implement business plans, in partnership with the sales leadership team, for designated banks and broker dealers to achieve stated sales goals and nurture long-term profitable relationships.

  • Building and maintaining relationships with banks and broker dealers across the country.
  • Developing and executing sales and marketing plans for key accounts that meets or exceed designated sales targets.
  • Growing existing product offerings with key banks and broker dealers while introducing new product opportunities.
  • Working closely with the various departments across the company to execute firm specific business plans.
  • Providing regular interface with firms to ensure the highest level of satisfaction.

What Sets You Up For Success

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • At least seven years of key account/relationship management experience in the financial services industry, bank channel and annuity experience preferred.
  • Can work remotely but must be able to travel up 50% of the time
  • FINRA Series 6/7 and 63 registrations and state insurance license
  • Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Strong interpersonal skills including effective presentation and listening skills
  • Proven track record of establishing, managing and growing relationships
