Distribution Center Associate

As a Distribution Center Associate, you will assist with the activities of our Distribution Center located in Canton, Ohio. You will assist with deliveries pulling lumbar loads, unloading doors, windows, etc., from delivery trucks and verify the shipment matches the invoice. You will unload lumber from rail cars, pull and stage all material for jobs as specified by the daily work orders. Work in all weather conditions and adhere to the Company’s Internal Control Policies and Procedures.

Preferred candidate will have the ability to load and unload delivery trucks, unload railcars, ship and receive products for the Distribution Center. Operate a tow motor and work in hot and cold weather conditions. The successful candidate will have the ability to understand and follow established safety procedures; ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions. The individual chosen for this position must maintain a valid, insurable driver's license.
