We are seeking a skilled ERP Administrator to manage and support our Viewpoint Spectrum enterprise resource planning (ERP) system. This role is responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and optimal performance of the ERP system while collaborating with various departments to improve processes and workflows. The ERP Administrator will serve as the primary technical resource for Viewpoint Spectrum, providing system maintenance, troubleshooting, and user support.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer, maintain, and optimize the Viewpoint Spectrum ERP system to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Configure system settings, security permissions, and user roles to align with company policies and compliance standards.
  • Provide excellent customer service and technical support through voice, email, and ticketing system. Support end users by troubleshooting, recreating user errors, and tracking issues in Freshservice.
  • Collaborate with various departments (Finance, Operations, HR, etc.) to understand business needs and implement ERP solutions to improve efficiency.
  • Monitor system performance, conduct regular updates, and apply patches to maintain system security and functionality.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and queries to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Create and manage integrations between Viewpoint Spectrum and other business applications and construction technology platforms (e.g., project management, estimating, or fleet management systems).
  • Document system processes, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Support the learning and development team with the creation, administration, and delivery of job role specific application training.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, ERP updates, and best practices to enhance system capabilities.
  • Assist with the development and maintenance of application knowledgebases, FAQ's and documentation including system procedures, user guides and training materials.
  • Assist with ERP-related projects, including upgrades, migrations, integrations and process improvements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong understanding of construction industry workflows and ERP functionality.
  • Experience with SQL queries, reporting tools, and data analysis.
  • Knowledge of ERP system integrations, APIs, and third-party software.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting system errors and performance issues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with different departments.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and work under deadlines.
  • Experience with Power BI, Crystal Reports, or similar reporting tools.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based ERP solutions and SaaS environments.
  • Experience in the construction or contracting industry.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of experience administering and supporting Viewpoint Spectrum ERP or similar ERP systems.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.
  • May require occasional travel to other divisions.
  • Office-based work with varying temperatures.

Job Type: Full-time, Non-Exempt

Salary: Starting at $110,000, based on experience
