As a Seasonal Landscape Technician, You Will

• Be the Go-To for Property Upkeep: Independently manage the mowing, trimming, edging, and sweeping of multiple properties, ensuring a high standard of presentation.
• Maintain Operational Efficiency: Proactively inspect grounds and equipment, performing basic fixes to ensure everything is functioning correctly.
• Champion Safety: Adhere to all company safety guidelines, prioritizing a safe working environment.
• Keep Things Organized: Maintain a detailed maintenance log and provide clear shift reports.
• Be a Problem Solver: Identify and report any maintenance issues to the manager or clients in a timely manner.
• Manage Your Equipment: Safely load and unload necessary tools and equipment into work vehicles (if required).
• Follow Instructions with Precision: Execute written and verbal directives from the maintenance manager or clients accurately.
• Collaborate When Needed: Work effectively with the maintenance team and external contractors on specific projects.
