Compensation
As a Culinary Systems Analyst, you’ll play a key role in programming and troubleshooting restaurant POS systems, training culinary teams, and supporting our operational technology across airport locations. This role requires travel across the U.S. and Canada (~50%) to support our restaurant teams in adopting these critical systems.

- $59,000 - $75,000 / year
- This is a temporary position (about 18-24 months) with an opportunity to move into a permanent analyst role.
As a Culinary Systems Analyst, you’ll play a key role in programming and troubleshooting restaurant POS systems, training culinary teams, and supporting our operational technology across airport locations. This role requires travel across the U.S. and Canada (~50%) to support our restaurant teams in adopting these critical systems.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the go-to expert for implementing Micros Simphony and CrunchTime across multiple airport restaurants.
- Troubleshoot and maintain system performance, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Collaborate with teams to address technical issues, system updates, and training needs.
- Analyze recipes, nutritional data, and menu costs to ensure compliance with USDA and FDA guidelines.
- Write clear and accurate culinary preparation methods and HACCP procedures.
- Independently manage multiple system rollouts and provide hands-on support during transitions.
- Travel frequently to assist teams on-site and provide direct support.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Chef, Kitchen Manager, or in a similar role.
- Technical proficiency with restaurant operations software like Micros Simphony and CrunchTime.
- Strong understanding of nutrition, food safety regulations, and menu costing.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Ability to travel frequently across the U.S. and Canada (~50%) and meet airport security requirements.
