What We Offer
- Provides IMR and crisis intervention services.
- Assists with food shopping, laundry and daily living skills.
- Implements prescribed treatment plan and assists in the development of IRPs.
- Must be able to work independently and travel to consumers’ residencies as required.
- Monitors medication in the consumers home.
- Completes documentation as required.
- BSW in social work, BA/BS in psychology
- One year of experience in direct care preferred
- Valid New Jersey driver’s license
