The Senior Recruiter role is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and facilitating offers. This role partners closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensures a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles.
- Develop and post job descriptions on various job boards and social media platforms.
- Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates using databases, networking, and direct outreach.
- Conduct initial phone and video interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Communicate professionally with candidates, providing timely updates and feedback.
- Assist with offer preparation, negotiation, and onboarding processes.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in cyber security recruiting/talent acquisition.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
