The Talent Acquisition Specialist role is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and facilitating offers. This role partners closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensures a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles.
- Develop and post job descriptions on various job boards and social media platforms.
- Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates using databases, networking, and direct outreach.
- Conduct initial phone and video interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Communicate professionally with candidates, providing timely updates and feedback.
- Assist with offer preparation, negotiation, and onboarding processes.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5-7 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in a mid to large-sized organization.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, labor regulations, and HR best practices.
- Proficient in HRIS
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
