Our primary mission is to provide comprehensive and effective Autism Therapeutic Services LLC (ATS) for children and young adults between the ages of 3 to 22 years old. Our goal is to provide an individualized program to support our clients and families live independent fulfilled lives.
Position Overview:
As a Behavioral Technician (BT), you will work with children diagnosed with Autism and related developmental disabilities using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles. You will implement behavior reduction and skill acquisition plans in various settings (home, school, community), assist with parent training, and collect data to track client progress. In the absence of the Lead Behavioral Technician or ABA Interns, you will assume their duties.

Key Responsibilities:
- Direct Care: Implement ABA techniques in 1:1 or group settings to teach new skills and reduce challenging behaviors.
- Data Collection: Track client behaviors and progress using specified protocols.
- Parent Communication: Support caregivers in implementing individualized treatment plans.
- Collaboration: Work with Behavior Analysts, Lead Behavioral Technicians, and other team members to assess and enhance client programs.
- Safety: Follow safe handling and intervention protocols during client sessions. Maintain a clean and organized therapy space.
- Training & Development: Attend required training and maintain certification.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Preferred Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field.
- Preferred Experience: Working with children in a classroom or 1:1 setting, or implementing ABA principles.
- Valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel to various job sites.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assume various postures for extended periods.
- Required: CPR, Background Check, and RBT certification (training provided).
- Ongoing professional development to maintain certifications and stay current with best practices.
