Sales BDC Consultant
First impressions are vital in the automotive sales journey, and as a Business Development Consultant (BDC), you will be integral to ensuring they leave a lasting positive impact. Based at our central office in Huntington, you will serve as the welcoming and knowledgeable first point of contact for customers exploring automotive solutions. We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to effectively manage, process, and distribute leads for new and pre-owned vehicles to our dealerships. This position offers competitive pay plans, including commission, and plenty of opportunities for career growth within our expanding team.

Your Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls and schedule follow-ups for sales appointments.
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries.
- Respond promptly to internet and phone inquiries through email, phone, or text.
- Provide detailed product knowledge while directing customers to appropriate dealership resources.
- Foster a helpful and friendly demeanor when assisting customers with inquiries about new and pre-owned vehicles.
- Collaborate with fellow BDC team members in a respectful, team-oriented environment.
- Deliver timely follow-ups to customer queries, ensuring a positive experience.
- Participate in team-building and process development sessions to strengthen relationships with colleagues, sales teams, and management.
- Utilize CRM software daily to accurately track, record, and share information with the sales team to support successful deals.
