Exposures
- Accepts and leads designated Marketing projects to research, propose ideas and solutions, and present final project(s) during the internship
- Provides day to day support across various areas of Marketing (i.e., social media, event planning and promotion, sponsorships, etc.) for day to day needs and activities. Examples include assistance with sponsorship events like The GameChanger Golf Classic and the Cecil Jarvis Greater Clarksburg 10K Race
- Engages with Marketing Team and internal departments to carry out day to day responsibilities
- Takes photographs and video as “boots on the ground” for MVB sponsorship events and develops social media content
- Provides suggestions and develops solutions for improving internal processes
- Learns and becomes proficient on internal software systems
- Gains exposure and has the opportunity to understand the overall concept of the company, including the business model, customer, goals, etc.
- Junior/Senior year undergraduate with a focus in Marketing preferred
- Excellent communication skills, including writing for Marketing and social media
- Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality
- Develop experience working on projects related to Marketing
- Gain exposure to a fast-paced, adaptable, team-oriented office environment
- Work side-by-side with team members and leaders in your field of interest to gain experience
- Participation in company meetings and networking events
- This is a paid internship
