The Executive Assistant to the Executive Team provides high-level administrative and operational support to the Chief Executive Officer and two additional members of the executive leadership team. While the primary focus of this role is day-to-day support for the CEO, the position also includes limited support for the other two executives as needed. This role plays a critical part in ensuring seamless coordination of executive priorities, including calendar management, communication, and project follow-through. Success in this position requires sound judgment, exceptional discretion, and the ability to anticipate and respond to the evolving needs of multiple executives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Pay Range: $80,000 - $90,000 /yr
Hours: 8:00a - 5:00p
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Location: Fresno, CA
Travel Requirements: 10%
Work Environment Available: In office

Core Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, reports, and other documents.
- Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items as needed.
- Coordinate logistics and materials for board meetings, executive leadership meetings, and other key events.
- Screen and prioritize incoming emails, calls, and requests, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity.
- Monitor and track key initiatives, deliverables, and deadlines, ensuring the CEO is informed and aligned.
- Assist with special projects and research as directed by the CEO.
- Coordinate travel and expenses for the CEO.
- Expense Travel and receipts for 2 other Executives.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with staff, executives, clients, and partners.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and virtual collaboration tools.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Flexible and adaptable with a proactive approach to work.
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational operations.
- Familiarity with board governance and executive-level reporting.
- Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent work experience considered.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting a C-suite executive, preferably a CEO.
