Position Overview

The Marketing Coordinator plays a pivotal role within Flournoy Health Systems. The position supports the Marketing Director in the strategic execution of marketing initiatives across a portfolio of companies. This role demands exceptional project management, strong work ethic, cross-functional collaboration, and a comprehensive understanding of marketing practices and channels. The ideal candidate will support the departmental efforts to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategy execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Management: Manage the planning, execution, and tracking of cross-functional, multi-channel marketing projects. Ensure all efforts align with organizational goals and marketing strategy, follow established timelines, maintain clear communication, and consolidate deliverables into a cohesive project.
• Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Act as the liaison between marketing and other departments. Facilitate seamless communication and coordination to achieve unified marketing objectives and provide full transparency.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Monitor marketing metrics. Prepare comprehensive monthly reports for internal stakeholders.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all marketing deliverables meet the expectations and departmental quality standard. Maintain consistency and excellence across all marketing housekeeping.
• Administrative Support: Handle incoming requests, coordinate project meetings, translate meeting notes into actionable tasks and perform other administrative tasks as required to support the marketing department.
