Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly organized Office Assistant to join our dynamic team. As an Office Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth daily operations of our office. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and facilitating communication among various departments. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner.
  • Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements as needed.
  • Maintain an orderly office environment, including managing office supplies and inventory.
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and documents as required.
  • Assist in data entry and file management to ensure accuracy and accessibility of information.
  • Greet and assist visitors in a warm and professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification as an administrative assistant or similar is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an office assistant, or in a related administrative role, preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey information clearly.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
