As a Cost and Pricing Analyst, you will support our growing Medical Device business. In this role, you will review and organize cost data, support quotation requests, and collaborate with various departments to optimize costs and pricing strategies. You will use your strong attention to detail and curious mindset to find solutions and improve processes.

What You Will Do

  • Assess requests for quotations from customers to determine compatibility with our current or strategic capabilities.
  • Develop costing analyses and propose pricing strategies to secure new business opportunities.
  • Evaluate engineering change requests from customers to determine their impact on costs.
  • Create and standardize work processes and procedures for the assessment, analysis, and distribution of quotes and proposals.
  • Track and improve metrics related to the quoting process and other analytics for the Corona site.
  • Collaborate with field sales, quality, and engineering teams to ensure accurate and timely responses to customer quotation requests.
  • Optimize existing cost and pricing models to support different manufacturing operations.
  • Work closely with engineering and manufacturing teams to estimate the cost assumptions for product manufacturing.
  • Own the pricing data and the optimization of the pricing for Corona site.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in cost accounting or financial analysis, with a focus on manufacturing environments, preferably in customer contract manufacturing.
  • Proficiency in understanding multi-tiered BOMs and mixed materials complexities.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Cost Accounting, Finance, or Engineering, or other relevant field.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications, particularly MS Excel and Power BI.
  • A strong understanding of cost accounting, financial analysis, and margin analysis.
  • Strong business acumen with robust quantitative skills and good judgment.
  • Logical thinking with a strong ability to push for clarity
  • Excellent project management and time management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Self-driven, proactive, detail-oriented, diligent, and highly organized.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A results-oriented mindset, continuously striving for improvement.
