Job Title: Visual Merchandising Manager, Hawaii Market
Job Purpose
Responsible for communicating visual presentation direction and standards in our Ala Moana and Waikiki Boutiques. Works in close relationship with Corporate and in-store teams to upkeep visuals standards and report back to senior management.
Job responsibilities
Tasks And Responsibilities
- Maintain visual standards with great attention to detail, according to global directives for each location
- Troubleshoot and address merchandising concerns as directed by the VP of Visual Merchandising
- Execute window changes (overnight) and floor changes
- Re-merchandise according to sell thru and product launches
- Partner with Boutique teams to maintain the visual standards
- Upload store and project photos to internal VM app for corporate approval
- Be an integral team member for store openings, special events
- Oversee and organize Props inventory
Requirements
- 3-5 years of Visual Display and Merchandising experience in a luxury of specialty retail environment
- Strong planning, organization, creativity and originality skills
- Ability to translate design trends to store windows and environments
- Ability to communicate strategically across all levels of the organization
- Strong follow through skills
- Ability to develop and train store management teams, build relationships, utilize skills of workforce most appropriately
- Ability to follow the company’s policies and procedures
- Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to develop a strong understanding of the Dior brand image
- Ability to travel as needed
