Business Systems Analyst
- Strong knowledge of system analysis, process modeling, and workflow documentation is preferred.
- Should have exposure with SQL, databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB), APIs, and reporting tools.
- Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Good to have experience in data analysis and visualization tools like Tableau, or Excel.
- Knowledge of Banking, Financial industry-specific compliance and regulations.
- Gather and analyze business requirements to develop technical solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including business teams, IT, and developers, to improve system functionality.
- Design and document workflows, process improvements, and system enhancements.
- Work closely with development teams to implement and test system solutions.
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend optimizations for business processes.
- Support system implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
- Provide training and support to users on system functionalities.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies and regulations.
