This is an on-site role, reporting from any of The Collier Companies' communities all over Florida,
The Collier Companies is seeking a strategic and results-driven Operational Success Manager to join our team. This unique role requires an experienced Multifamily Professional who excels at not only diagnosing community challenges but also implementing proven success strategies that align with The Collier Companies' goals, vision, and standards. Reporting to the Director of Community Optimization, this role will be crucial in not just repositioning of assets, but to also implementation of standard operating procedures and other continual initiatives to enhance the companies drive in effectiveness and efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have availability to travel full-time a proven track record in multifamily property management with expertise across various asset types, including student housing, luxury apartments, lease-ups, and conventional/ market rate communities. This role plays a pivotal part in driving operational success across our portfolio by developing actionable plans that deliver measurable results.

Your Skills - Show Us What You Got:
- Community Assessment: Conduct thorough evaluations of challenges facing the assigned property to identify key issues and action plan for correction.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive action plans to address community challenges and enhance property performance.
- Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and, if necessary, restructure on-site teams to ensure they are equipped to maintain high standards and achieve property goals.
- Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and best practices. (i.e. Meet all metrics of leasing at a community to return it to a company standard of successful operation during the assigned period for that community.)
- Financial Oversight: Review and manage financial plans, including future spend projections, and recommend potential revenue-enhancing opportunities to maximize profitability.
- Resident Relations: Foster positive relationships with residents, addressing concerns and enhancing overall satisfaction.
- Travel: Travel extensively to various properties, spending significant time on-site to ensure successful implementation of improvement plans.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in multifamily property management as a successful property manager, with a strong background in managing diverse asset types.
- Skills: Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and handle high-pressure situations.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Certifications: Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CPM, CAM) are a plus.
- Travel: Willingness and ability to travel extensively and stay on-site for extended periods.
