The Role
With a focus on our Core Values of Integrity, Internally Driven, Fun and Respect, the Recruitment Assistant will primarily focus on data entry, data audits, candidate profile creation, candidate submissions, caregiver communication to support the Recruiter and internal communication with a variety of team members assisting the caregiver through different internal processes. This individual will be a highly motivated, data integrity driven self-starter able to work independently to complete tasks given.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Maintain and update internal databases accurately to ensure comprehensive capture of candidate/prospect information.
- Adhere strictly to data entry requirements, policies, and procedures to maintain data integrity and compliance standards.
- Develop and demonstrate a thorough understanding of submission practices and requirements to facilitate efficient processing.
- Collaborate closely with the Internal Compliance Team and caregivers to ensure compliance follow-up and adherence to regulations.
- Provide support and assistance with timecard entry, addressing payroll issues by liaising with the Internal Payroll Team and caregivers.
- Deliver clear timekeeping instructions and comprehensive first-day instructions to caregivers to ensure smooth onboarding processes.
- Facilitate the collection of profile data by effectively communicating with caregivers and ensuring the acquisition of all necessary items.
- Review submissions for accuracy and process them promptly using designated queues to maintain efficiency and quality standards.
- Coordinate with caregivers to obtain necessary receipts and ensure accurate entry in StaffBot for payroll purposes.

- Perform additional duties as assigned, showcasing adaptability and flexibility in supporting organizational needs.

What We Look For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years professional customer service experience
Compensation/Benefits Information
- The estimated base pay for this position is $20.00/Hourly
- Base pay will vary based on internal equity, candidates' skills and professional experience, geographic location, market and other potential factors.
- TotalMed offers a comprehensive benefits package.

- This role will be joining the TotalMed internal corporate organization.
