The Boeing Company is seeking a Brand Activation Associate in the Puget Sound area.

The Boeing Brand Experiences (BBE) team leads experiential marketing and communications efforts as part of The Boeing Communications function. As a strategic business operation, BBE operates within a P&L model while prioritizing brand engagement and activation. The primary mission for BBE is to amplify Boeing’s global brand amongst the flying public, local communities, customers and employees. We deliver high-quality, Boeing branded experiences and merchandise through our various channels around the world, in-person and digitally. These channels include; Boeing Future of Flight, Physical and E-Commerce Retail, Internal Custom Merchandise, The Boeing Recognition Program, Wholesale and Consumer Products and Image Licensing. We are brand ambassadors and influencers that have a passion for building and delivering a premium customer experience.

The Boeing Company is looking for a Brand Activation Associate to join our dynamic Travel and Events Team under the Boeing Brand Experiences (BBE) umbrella. Why This Role Is Different

As part of BBE’s national activation team, you’ll become a face of the Boeing brand—traveling to major events, pop-ups, and special activations, helping us deliver world-class, immersive experiences. You'll build relationships, manage on-site operations, and contribute to the strategic growth of our branded merchandise and retail presence. This position offers significant domestic travel, exposure to cross-functional brand operations, and room to advance into merchandising, operations, or experiential marketing pathways.

What You'll Do

  • Travel nationwide as part of a high-performance brand team delivering pop-up retail and event experiences.
  • Represent the Boeing brand in person—connecting with customers, stakeholders, and partners.
  • Execute daily operations at retail activations, including merchandising displays, marketing elements, and mobile point-of-sale systems.
  • Lead or support the setup, execution, and breakdown of on-site events.
  • Maintain visual standards, support marketing rollouts, and contribute ideas to optimize each event.
  • Collaborate with regional teams and cross-functional partners to achieve revenue goals and customer engagement targets.
  • Ensure on-site safety standards, maintain inventory flow, and support loss prevention efforts.


This position allows telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Who You Are

  • A self-starter with a passion for travel, events, and representing a premium brand.
  • Experienced in retail, hospitality, or customer engagement roles.
  • Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and overnights.
  • A strong communicator with a solutions-focused mindset.
  • Physically able to stand, move, and lift boxes (up to 35 lbs) in fast-paced environments.


Basic Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of retail, event, or customer-facing experience
  • Comfortable using point-of-sale technology
  • Available to travel frequently within the U.S.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Counterpoint or mobile POS platforms
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Leadership experience in event execution or retail operations
  • Military or aerospace experience is a plus

Typical Education/Experience

High school diploma or GED and typically 7 or more years’ related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • This is a hybrid role with telecommuting flexibility between travel assignments.
  • Relocation assistance is not available; candidates must be based in the listed locations or relocate at their own expense.
