We are seeking a highly organized, dependable, and flexible Marketing & Executive Assistant to support the company's President in both professional and personal capacities. This unique role is part of the marketing department but focuses heavily on directly supporting the President, helping manage daily tasks, projects, schedules, and marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities
Your essential duties will include:
Direct Support To The President
- Serve as an assistant to the President, managing day-to-day scheduling, communications, errands, and other personal and professional needs.
- Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Help streamline workflows and anticipate needs before they arise.
- Assist in the coordination and execution of marketing events, campaigns, and promotions.
- Help prepare presentations, reports, and materials for internal and external use.
- Contribute to marketing communications such as emails, newsletters, and social content.
- Support vendor communication and occasional coordination with sales and warehouse teams.
- Provide logistical support for events and meetings, including RSVP tracking, vendor coordination, and on-site help.
- Ensure seamless execution of both internal and external marketing-related activities.
- Calendar management, appointment setting, travel booking, and task coordination for the President.
- Occasional errand running or personal task support as needed.
- General office assistance as part of the marketing team, jumping in to help wherever needed.

To be considered for this position, candidates should possess:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or a degree in marketing, business, or communications is a plus.
