We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic professional with a proactive mindset, ready to take on diverse responsibilities, to join our team in Lynchburg, VA.

Highly skilled in effectively managing a broad spectrum of administrative and project support tasks, demonstrating a track record of working autonomously with minimal supervision. Possessing exceptional organizational abilities, adaptability, meticulous attention to detail, and a genuine passion for tackling the administrative complexities inherent in supporting Project Managers, Engineers/Architects, and other team members.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Project Managers and Engineers/Architects to facilitate the coordination, editing, and assembly of project specifications and reports.
  • Oversee the efficient management of printing, shipping, and delivery of project documents.
  • Efficiently organize and arrange office meetings and plan engaging office activities.
  • Oversee the inventory and management of office supplies.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for office visitors.

Minimum Education And Requirements

Candidates must have a bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college and at least three years of experience in a professional office environment. Strong communication skills and a thorough knowledge of business English, spelling, and vocabulary are required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn new software and technology are essential. The position requires someone who is detail-oriented, able to work independently, and capable of managing time effectively. This is an onsite position with some work-from-home flexibility, details provided upon inquiry. Candidates must also be able to lift up to 20 pounds to support occasional office-related tasks. A team-oriented mindset, a strong sense of urgency, a willingness to learn and grow, and a commitment to maintaining a positive office culture are all expected. Eligibility to work in the United States and to obtain a DoD security clearance is also required.
