The Weekend Receptionist at Hamilton Trace plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations during the weekend. This position is responsible for creating a welcoming environment for visitors and residents alike, serving as the first point of contact for inquiries and assistance. The receptionist will manage multi-line phone systems, handle administrative tasks, and maintain an organized front desk area. By effectively communicating with staff and guests, the receptionist contributes to a positive experience for everyone who enters the facility. Ultimately, this role is vital in upholding the reputation of Hamilton Trace as a friendly and professional establishment.

Minimum Qualifications
The required skills of multi-line phone management and phone etiquette are essential for handling a high volume of calls while providing excellent customer service. Receptionist duties involve a variety of tasks that require strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring that all administrative functions are performed efficiently. General administrative skills are utilized daily to support the overall operations of Hamilton Trace, including data entry and maintaining records. Proficiency with office equipment, such as copy machines, is necessary for completing tasks that support the staff and residents. Together, these skills contribute to a seamless and professional front desk experience.
