Position: Accounting Clerk
Location: Canton, OH
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Salary: $50,000–$60,000 (based on experience)

Position: Accounting Clerk

Key Responsibilities
Support the CFO in a variety of accounting functions, including:
- Day-to-day accounts payable and receivable
- Payroll processing and accuracy assurance
- Month-end and year-end reporting and filings
- Depositing checks and maintaining cash receipts and bank deposits
- Preparing general ledger entries, including month-end accruals and journal entries
- Supporting internal and external audits
- Performing additional tasks as assigned by ownership

- 4+ years of experience in accounting or finance preferred
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business, or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- A customer-focused mindset with a sense of urgency
