Who We're Looking For
We're in search of a Staff Flutter Architect to join our team right away. This is a high-impact role with real architectural influence—ideal for someone who thrives on solving complex engineering problems at scale.
Primary Responsibilities
The work hours will be approximately 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST, depending on workload, with the occasional late night when a tight deadline calls for it. We work for security-conscious clients, thus background checks will be required. Salary dependent upon experience.

Who We're Looking For
We're in search of a Staff Flutter Architect to join our team right away. This is a high-impact role with real architectural influence—ideal for someone who thrives on solving complex engineering problems at scale.
Primary Responsibilities
- Evaluate documented approaches for structuring shared Flutter components across multiple applications.
- Develop proofs of concept for proposed solutions and assess trade-offs between scalability, performance, and dev team workflows.
- Work closely with cross-functional app teams to understand pain points and collaborate on best-fit solutions.
- Provide architectural insight and contribute clean, maintainable implementation code where needed.
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly and respectfully with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Help refine tooling and workflow to improve development efficiency across team.
- 8+ years of professional experience in mobile development, architecture, or engineering leadership.
- Strong problem-solving and systems thinking skills—especially around shared component architecture and repo management strategies.
- Familiarity with Flutter is a must; deep expertise is a bonus.
- Experience designing and maintaining scalable app ecosystems with multiple teams/apps.
- Self-directed and independent—can thrive without hand-holding.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; can clearly articulate trade-offs and rationale to diverse audiences.
- A strong, yet respectful, collaborator who can navigate complex team dynamics.
- Previous experience in mission-driven or faith-based organization.
- Remote, with occasional travel to Oklahoma City
