Bluebird simplifies product management for brands and manufacturers by providing a broad range of services across multiple retailers. We provide our clients with strategic support, daily management, product page development, advertising, chargeback/dispute management, analytics/reporting, supply chain expertise, and more for Amazon, Walmart, Target, Costco, Best Buy, and other retailers.

Our Client Strategy Intern will collaborate internally with both the client team and cross-functionally to execute client strategies that align with their goals and objectives, leveraging our teams' capabilities and services. You will support daily job responsibilities such as item updates, analytics, forecasting, inventory management, content development, and marketing plans, while conducting research and analyzing key performance indicators to measure the success of client strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the execution of retail strategies
  • Gather accurate and timely knowledge of retail trends, data needs, client competitors, and an overall pulse of the industry that will empower your understanding of the industry and client set.
  • Obtaining, presenting, and analyzing relevant data and communicating the insights effectively to your manager.
  • Use structured processes and policies to complete daily job responsibilities and address ad hoc questions such as item updates, analytics, forecasting, inventory management, content development, and marketing plans.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of project management including defining project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and building relationships across different functions to facilitate coordination and communication.
  • Help in preparing for client meetings, including email communication, timeline updates, agenda creation, and next step accountability.
  • Maintain and create process documentation related to client strategy team
