Amatrol is looking for subject matter experts to make complex topics easy to understand at both basic and advanced levels. Curriculum Design Engineers work closely with our multimedia, graphical services and web-software development teams to develop training systems that include interactive eLearning and hands-on simulators.

Essential Functions

  • Develop interactive technical curriculum content that covers a broad spectrum of technologies.
  • Collaborate with engineering equipment development and publication teams to create learning systems.
  • Research concepts and new topic areas as new projects are added – and we have a lot of projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in an engineering field related to Electrical, Automation, Logistics, or Process Control (Required).
  • Excellent knowledge of technical specialty area (Required).
  • Live in or near Louisville Metro area (Required).
  • English (Required).
  • US work authorization (Required).
  • Strong organizational, problem solving and analytical skills (Required).

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of industrial networking (Preferred).
  • Strong computer skills in area of expertise including spreadsheets and word processing (Preferred).
