Top Responsibilities
- Communicating with clients, opposing counsel and court staff in a courteous and professional manner
- Managing busy and dynamic attorney calendars including confirming and coordinating court appearances, meetings etc.
- Making copies, scanning, filing
- Assisting with court filings and assembling motions
- Compiling discovery for attorney review
- Running Child Support Guidelines
- Assisting in the preparation of Case Information Statements
- Reminding attorneys of deadlines for filings, appearances, meetings etc.
- Ensure client files are up to date and organized and carrying client’s files and boxes.
- Salary $50,000 - $70,000 depending on years of experience and qualifications
- We’re open 9 A.M. to 6 P.M. with flexible and hybrid options
- We have health, dental and vision insurance
- 401K, Flexible Spending Accounts, Health Savings Accounts, and life and disability insurance options as well
- This position is Hybrid and will work 3 days from home and 2 from the office in Hackensack, NJ
- 9 AM – 5:30PM
