Position Summary

The Salesforce Administrator, and the business systems team, is responsible for the development, maintenance and optimization of the AbleNet Salesforce Platform, Marking Tools, and contributing to the overall efficiency and success of business operations through technology.

Position Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line support to Marketing users, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth user experience.
  • Ability to gather requirements and execute actionable items based on those requirements.
  • Learn, and maintain, a deep understanding of AbleNet’s marketing department as it relates to overarching technology needs aligning with business goals.
  • Assist in the development and delivery of marketing software tools.
  • Perform routine data maintenance tasks, including data imports, updates, and cleansing to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Assist in the configuration and customization of marketing and Pardot automations.
  • Work closely with senior administrators and developers to implement and test new features, functionalities, and integrations.
  • Create, troubleshoot, and maintain active online forms for both internal and external users while identifying risk and troubleshooting integration errors.
  • Assist in the design and implementation of workflow rules, process builder flows, and automation to streamline business processes as it relates to Pardot and marketing initiatives.
  • Support the implementation and enforcement of security policies and access controls.
  • Assist in periodic security audits to ensure compliance.

Core Competencies, Skills & Abilities

  • Must be able to learn and work with key organization technologies - Pardot (i.e. Salesforce, Pardot, Zapier, JotForm’s, etc.)
  • Extensive knowledge as it relates to Marketing operational goals
  • Must have knowledge of CRM, eCommerce, Analytics, and website software experience
  • Must be able to work with internal and external stakeholders
  • Must be able to manage multiple projects/efforts at one time
  • Must be able to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Must be able to start a task with minimal guidance and overcome challenges as encountered
  • Must have a high attention to detail
  • Must have strong written and verbal communication skills

Position Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field
  • Some experience in Salesforce support or administrative
  • Familiarity with relevant programming languages a plus
  • Proficient in Pardot Administration
