Job Summary

Burrow Global is seeking a Senior Project Manager with EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) experience to lead and manage complex projects in the industrial sector. The ideal candidate will have a technical background and a degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Process/Chemical) and will be responsible for overseeing project execution, ensuring safety, quality, and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage EPC projects from initiation through completion, ensuring they meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
• Oversee all phases of project execution, including engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
• Provide leadership and technical expertise to multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring seamless coordination between engineering, procurement, and construction teams.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, risk management plans, and cost control measures.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment of project goals.
• Drive project safety and compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and client requirements.
• Negotiate contracts, manage change orders, and ensure all contractual obligations are met.
• Monitor project performance, track key performance indicators, and report on progress to senior management.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance efficiency and project delivery.
  
  

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Process/Chemical preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in project management within an EPC environment.
• Strong understanding of engineering, procurement, and construction processes in the industrial sector.
• Proven experience leading large-scale capital projects with budgets exceeding $10M+.
• Strong knowledge of project scheduling tools (Primavera P6, MS Project) and cost control principles.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to identify and mitigate project risks proactively.
• PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
• Experience working with refineries, petrochemical, chemical, or heavy industrial projects is highly desirable.
