Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Community Manager at Redstone Residential, Inc. The Community Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the residential community in Pullman, WA, including resident relations, leasing activities, and property maintenance.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in property management in student housing.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with WSU and community resources.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Work Collaboratively with other team members in a highly entrepreneurial environment.
• Customer service-oriented mindset
• Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software
• Experience in marketing and social media management
