Benefits

Pay Rate-$17 an hour plus tips on average $2-8 extra an hour

Part/Full Time depending on your availability/season

Requirements

  • To help assist managing the retail operations of this shop to include the planning, operations, equipment maintenance, marketing and customer satisfaction.
  • To ensure that the development and implementation of all systems fully support and comply with all franchise operating systems.
  • To ensure the proper hands on training support is provided. Training that focuses on daily operations, customer relations, staff orientation and cleanliness.
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • A passion for customer service and creating memorable experiences
  • Leadership skills with a focus on team collaboration
