Responsibilities
What you will do:
Call Center-Customer Service RepresentativeÂ
Salary: $18 - $22/hour +Â
weekly bonus of $100-$200
Location: 2601 Fortune Circle East. Indianapolis.
Work Schedule
- Availability required between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM, Monday through Sunday.
- Some flexibility may be available; however, candidates must be available for at least one weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday) each week.
- Additionally, candidates must be available to work until 7:00 PM at least two evenings per week.
Qualifications & Skills
- Must have 2+ years of CSR experience.
- Call Center experience 1+ years
- Service Titan or home services industry experience (not necessary but a plus)
- Proficiency with computers, especially software applications including, MS Word, email and CMS is a plus
- Engage in active listening, confirm or clarify information, and manage and provide solutions
- Exceptional interpersonal and rapport building skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Strong time management, organizational skills, and decision-making skills
- Detail oriented, consistent, adaptable, and accountable
- Proficiency in problem analysis and problem solving
- Ability to multitask
- Strong attendance
- Build lasting relationships with customers and other call center team members

- Call customers from prior day for quality check
- Call maintenance customers and schedule visits
- Call on customer list to offer promotions
- Follow up on reviews positive and negative
- General inbound customer serviceÂ
- Previous customer service experience
- Strong attention to details
- Conscientious, team player
- Honesty integrity, quality craftsmanship and a good attitude
- Clear background check and drug screen
