Position Summary
The Manager of Case Management Education is primarily responsible for the development and delivery of a comprehensive education program using a variety of instructional design mediums related to NATE technology systems and processes and ongoing education as required. The Manager will work closely with various groups inside and outside the Case Management Department to help develop and implement targeted educational strategies. The Manager will also be responsible for assisting in the development and deployment of tools, references, and education materials as new processes are implemented.
The Manager will work under the direct supervision of the Director of Case Management Education and with other members of the corporate Case Management Department, Division Directors, and Facility Directors to provide the training needed for the entire enterprise.

Responsibilities
- Provides training on multiple systems including but not limited to the NATE products and overlays for case management.
- Demonstrates proficiency in developing and delivering instructional materials, tools and programs including written, multi-media, computer-based, web-based, and instructor-led solutions as instructed by the Corporate Case Management team.
- Provides strong educational organization skills including agenda development, communication, scheduling, registration, facilitation, time management, attendance tracking, and student management.
- Delivers education on NATE products and overlays for Case Management policies and procedures to support the system, standards of practice, regulatory standards, and evidence-based best practices as instructed by the Corporate Case Management team.
- Provides training updates regarding new processes and standards related to NATE products and overlays for Case Management and regulatory compliance issues as requested by Corporate Case Management team.
- Facilitates deployment of coursework in HealthStream; tracks and trends course completion.
- Maintains integrity of existing HealthStream coursework, including timely updates of content.
- Assists the Corporate Case Management team with presentation materials, toolkits, and written communications to the field as requested.
- Organize and support onboarding of new resources and team members during the implementation period.
- Coordinate with the Implementation team to ensure all facility case management staff and shifts have necessary go-live support.
- Bachelor’s degree Required
- Master’s degree Preferred
- Medical knowledge and terminology Preferred
- Minimum of 4-6 years of relevant healthcare education or formal education experience including: curriculum development, assessment, and online/classroom training delivery.
- Expert using office software for developing and presenting educational sessions (including, at minimum, Microsoft Office Suite).
- Experience with LMS (Learning Management System) administration, such as HealthStream preferred.
- Working knowledge of e-learning/distance education technology platforms and instructional design methodologies. (Could include but not limited to: Camtasia, Articulate, Captivate).
- Ability to establish and maintain collaborative and effective working relationships.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrates analytical and critical thinking abilities with proactive decision-making and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrates an ability to perform specific competencies as identified.
- Ability to be self-motivated, goal-directed, and dependable.
- Demonstrates computer and typing skills.
- Demonstrates organization and time management skills.
